General Information

Wholesale Stone Solutions (WSS) sells exclusively to wholesale customers that have retail locations open to the public. WSS does not sell directly to end-users unless there is not a stocking dealer within 100 miles of the project location.
We offer nationwide shipping throughout the continental U.S. Our location in Southern California near major ports allows for easy import/export and distribution across the U.S., Canada, and internationally.
WSS was founded in 2018 by second-generation stone importers with over 40 years of combined industry experience.

We operate a distribution yard in Southern California. It’s freeway-accessible and
designed for efficient loading. Visits are by appointment only—please contact us in

Due to the nature of our materials, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on accurately fulfilled orders. Natural variations in stone are expected and we encourage you to order a sample prior to ordering.

Material & Packaging

Yes, samples are available so you can evaluate color, size, and texture before making a full commitment.
All our stone is natural and may vary in color, shape, and texture. These differences are part of what makes each project unique.

We offer flexible packaging options that will vary depending on which material:
○ Supersacks
○ Wirebaskets
○ 40, 44, 50, 75 lb bags

Stone weight varies by material. On average, most of the products WSS sales will range from a 1.25 to 1.4 conversion from tons to yards. Black Beach pebbles will be a 1.4 conversion and Ivory would be 1.25. So…for 1 YARD of black beach pebbles, you get 1.4 tons of material.

Yes, we require purchases in full pallet quantities.

We stock a diverse range of products, including Mexican beach pebbles, crushed stone,
cobbles, and rare imports. We work with long-term suppliers to ensure consistent quality
and availability.

Shipping & Pickup

Our large inventory allows for quick turnaround—often shipping the next day depending
on the material and packaging requested. Bagged orders may require additional lead
time. Transit time depends on your location.

Yes. You’re welcome to schedule your own freight or have us arrange competitive
shipping. Our yard is designed for efficient will-call pickups.

Pickups can be made by appointment from our Southern California yard. Generally, the
loading hours will be 8am-4pm PST Monday – Friday.

Staging time is limited. We request that orders be picked up within 5–7 business days of
completion to avoid storage fees. Contact us if you need longer hold times.

Billing, Discounts & Online Tools

Payment is typically required prior to shipment. Credit terms may be available for repeat
customers upon approval.

Yes. We offer tiered pricing—larger orders earn deeper discounts. Online ordering also
earns automatic savings:
○ $200 off your first online order
○ $100 off each future order placed online
○ Tiered pricing- the more you order, the bigger the discount!

Yes. Our dealer site offers:
○ Live inventory and pricing
○ Reordering from past purchases
○ Online payments, order history, and downloadable quotes

Yes. Dealers receive access to our photo library for use in print or online advertising. We’re happy to support your marketing efforts.
